Officers and Members of The Community Come Together To Rebuild Fence For Family of Fallen Officer
Friday evening storms rolled through North Texas, blowing down fences, splitting trees and leaving some homes without power. Police Officers, friends and neighbors came together early Saturday morning ready and willing to lend a helping hand to rebuild a fence blown over late Friday night.

The fence belonged to the family of Irving PD fallen Officer Mark Dahl, who succumbed to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident early Friday morning. In the hour of need the Guns & Hoses Foundation of North Texas and the Irving Police Association came together to provide supplies and materials.

Fueled with a desire to rebuild the fence, friends and neighbors were joined by members of the Irving Police Department, Garland Police Department, and Dallas Police Department to help move this project forward. As an organization, we are privileged and honored to be able to provide assistance in the rebuilding efforts, non of this would have been possible without the help and support from our communities.
